Gardening workshops in November – Who’s interested?

We need to know if you are interested…

We have a friend coming down from Nieu Bethesda next month who has a long history of being involved with organic food production and permaculture as well as the certification of organic farms. He’s only passing through Port Elizabeth briefly so we thought to grab him while he’s here to give a workshop or two.
There are two possible workshops on offer. The one is an introduction to organic food gardening, the other in the use of Effective Microorganism (EM). Each workshop costs R400 a person and takes place over one day (9am – 5pm), with possible dates being the Wed 16 + Thurs 17 November 2011. Topics covered in each workshop  is as follows:

brief intro to EM (effective mircro-organisms)

Fermented plant extract
other liquid and solid EM derivatives
