CAPERECIFE CONSERVANCY GREEN DAY PLANT SALE & NATURE RESERVE FUN RIDE/WALK

DATE:           Saturday 3 September 2011

TIME:           08:00 – 13:00

VENUE:        NMMU South Campus Zoology car park

EVENTS:      *Annual indigenous plant sale

                     *5km fun ride/walk through NMMU Nature Reserve

                     *10km fun ride/walk through NMMU Nature Reserve

PRICES:        Plants from R10

                     Fun cycle/walk: R10 for children under 12 yrs

                     R40 for adults

FOOD:         SAMREC (SA Marine Rehabilitation and Education Centre) will be selling fast foods and refreshments on the day. 

PURPOSE:   All funds will go to the Cape Recife Conservancy to improve tourism and security in the conservancy area.

 Bring your family, bicycles and walking shoes and enjoy the morning in our Private Nature Reserve, where you could see zebra, springbuck, red hartebeest, grysbok, duiker as well as many other animals and plants that make this beautiful area their home.
